1. No Return Policy
Hadhvi Eyecatchers follows a strict No Return Policy for all products.
Due to the nature of our sarees—including delicate work, handwoven designs, embroidery, zari, prints, and hygiene standards—we do not accept returns for any reason including:

Change of mind

Colour difference due to screen display

Fabric expectations or design variations
-
Minor thread pulls, small weaving variations (common in handloom/embroidered work)

Incorrect size of saree draping (sarees are free-size)
Once delivered, the product cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. No Refund Policy
We follow a No Refund Policy for all orders.
Payments will not be refunded for:

Customer dissatisfaction

Personal preference

Shipping delays by the courier

Wrong address provided by customer

Orders canceled after shipping
Refunds are only applicable in rare cases when:
✔ A completely wrong product (different design) is delivered
✔ There is proven physical damage on arrival
✔ The customer provides a full unboxing video as proof
Without an unboxing video, complaints cannot be processed.
3. Wrong or Damaged Product – Replacement Only
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we offer replacement only, not refund.
To initiate a replacement, you must:

Record a complete unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the entire product).

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Submit the video and photos for verification.
If approved, we will send a replacement of the same product.
4. Non-Returnable Items
All items sold by Hadhvi Eyecatchers are non-returnable, including:

5. Courier Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service, weather, or external factors.
Refunds will not be issued for such delays.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.
Refunds will not be provided for canceled orders after dispatch.
